Do SUP yoga in Stockholm

SUP yoga is a growing trend performed on a stable SUP board in smaller groups of up to about 15 people.

Our Yoga Namaste SUP boards suite almost all body types and are good for beginners. Everyone is welcome to try SUP Yoga; there is no demand for previous experience in either yoga or SUP paddling.

The only requirement is that you can swim. You will also have the possibility to try SUP paddling after the SUP yoga session.

SUP yoga is good for relaxation and at the same time gives you balance and strength. The water element provides this yoga session with an extra dimension and extra benefit.

Probably the best part is the last relaxation exercise when we are laying on our backs, which is called Shavasana. The water cradles you and it is hard to not fall asleep.
